Ustadh Essam Gomha

Essam Gomha holds a Bachelor's degree in Arabic Language Literature and Islamic Studies from Cairo University (2010), and an Ijazat (authorization) in Tajweed from the Institute for Qira'at at Al-Azhar University, Alexandria. He also holds a Diploma in Arabic Calligraphy and a certificate in Arabic Editing from Cairo University.

Since 2009 he has taught Arabic and Religious Studies at the British Egyptian School in Alexandria, alongside private tutoring of Arabic for non-native speakers, and has completed training in English for Religious Purposes for Imams through a U.S. Department-funded program.
