Online Arabic Language & Grammar classes for kids and adults with qualified tutors.
Understand the language of the Quran. Our Arabic Language & Grammar course builds reading, vocabulary, and grammar (Nahw & Sarf) for kids and adults, deepening both everyday comprehension and Quranic understanding.

What is the Arabic language course?
Arabic is the language of the Quran. Our Arabic course helps students understand what they are reading — building reading, vocabulary, and grammar so the meaning of the Quran and everyday Arabic becomes clear.
At AlQuranClasses™, we teach Arabic to both children and adults, from the alphabet through to reading comprehension and conversational basics. Lessons are structured, practical, and explained in clear English.

Arabic grammar: Nahw & Sarf
Grammar is at the heart of our Arabic course, because it's what turns memorized words into real understanding. Once you know how Arabic sentences are built, the meaning of the Quran opens up in a way that translation alone can't offer. We teach the two classical branches of Arabic grammar side by side, in plain, practical language.
Nahw — sentence structure
Nahw is Arabic syntax: the rules for how words fit together into correct sentences.
- Identifying nouns, verbs, and particles
- Nominal sentences (jumla ismiyyah) vs. verbal sentences (jumla fi'liyyah)
- Subject and predicate (mubtada & khabar)
- Case endings (i'rab) — nominative, accusative, and genitive
- Reading Quranic verses with correct grammatical understanding
Sarf — word formation
Sarf is Arabic morphology: how words are built and change shape to carry meaning.
- The three-letter root system behind most Arabic words
- Verb patterns (awzan) and how they shift meaning
- Conjugating verbs by tense, person, and number
- Singular, dual, and plural forms
- Recognizing related words once you know the root
Why this matters: Nahw tells you how a sentence is structured; Sarf tells you what each word actually means and how it can change. Together, they're the difference between reciting the Quran and understanding it.
