Hajj definition is it is the fifth pillar of Islam. All Muslims must perform it.
Question:
Who Can Perform Hajj in Islam??
Answer:
In Hadiths:
“Whosoever dies without performing Hajj while he is not under some difficult circumstances – whereby it’s impossible to go for Hajj. Or is not allowed to leave because of an unjust ruler, or is chronically sick – or seriously sick during the Hajj season – then let him die if he wants as a Jew or a Christian.”
[Related by ad-Daarimi and al-Bayhaqi]
He should:
1) Physically and mentally perfect
2) Must be able to afford all the expenses for this pilgrimage.
Allah Says in Quran:
“And Hajj (pilgrimage to Makkah) to the House (Ka’bah) is a duty that mankind owes to Allah, those who can afford the expenses (for one’s conveyance, provision, and residence)”
(Aal ‘Imraan 3:97)
3) So, one has to fulfill all of their duties and responsibilities. Allah Commanded him according to Islam ( good development of their children, give them a good education, fulfill their legal demands, get them married, etc.).
4) It is not obligatory to the slave, so they should be free.
5) Be a Muslim.
Quran Says About Hajj:
In the Quran, Allah says:
“And nothing prevents their contributions from being accepted from them except that they disbelieved in Allah and His Messenger.”
(al-Tawbah 9:54)
Age For Hajj:
6) Be old enough; non-pubescent children don’t need to perform it. The Holy Prophet (SAW) said:
“There are three kinds of people who are not held responsible for their actions: The sleeping person until he wakes up, the child until he reaches the age of puberty, and the mentally ill until he becomes sane.”

So, all Muslim women and men must acknowledge all the rules and regulations before performing this pilgrimage.
