Islam is referred to as a “religion of peace.” This label is based on the teachings of Islam, which emphasize peace, compassion, and justice for all people. ” Islam ” comes from the Arabic root word “Salam,” which means peace. The main goal of a Muslim is to submit to Allah’s will and live in peace with others.

In Islam, peace encompasses the absence of conflict and justice, love, and compassion for all people. The Quran teaches that Allah desires all people to live in peace and security. Islam encourages its followers to seek peace in their personal and social relationships and to resolve conflicts peacefully.

Overall, the teachings of Islam emphasize the importance of peace and compassion in all aspects of life, making it indeed a “religion of peace.”

How is Islam the religion of peace nowadays?

Islam means peace, and it is a religion of peace. In today’s world, non-Muslims have defined Islam as the religion of terror, which promotes wars and violence. Media and many world-famous organizations or working on destroying the image of Islam. Muslims are now a symbol of terror, and Islam, a religion of terror. But according to the teaching of Islam, Peace is the only thing that can rule, and war is not a solution. Islam promotes justice and violence. Being Muslim, we follow the teaching of our Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH).

Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)preached peace in all His life, and He (PBUH) rules the heart of people without bloodshed. Islam was spread throughout Arabia without war and spread love and peace among illiterate Arabs. Arabs were desert people who did not know how to behave with their slaves. They buried their daughters in their childhood and worshiped idols.

Twenty-three years took to change them entirely, but this history proves that Islam brings peace among people, not war. Islam teaches us to surrender our will to Allah Almighty and follow God’s orders. Allah’s all orders reach us through His last Prophet, Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH), and the Holy book Quran.

Muslim Fear Only Allah, which makes Islam a religion of peace:

A Muslim only fears Allah and has no fear about anything else in this world and only obeys the orders of Allah. This act of Muslims horrifies all those who are against Islam if they believe their Lord o strongly. He will surely not let them alone, and they can rule the world by His mercy and will. Because of this philosophy of some dirty minds, they have created anarchy against Islam, and people hate Muslims. But this is Allah Almighty’s religion, and despite much propaganda, Islam is spreading daily. In Holy Quran, Allah Almighty says:

يَهْدِى بِهِ ٱللَّهُ مَنِ ٱتَّبَعَ رِضْوَٰنَهُۥ سُبُلَ ٱلسَّلَٰمِ وَيُخْرِجُهُم مِّنَ ٱلظُّلُمَٰتِ إِلَى ٱلنُّورِ بِإِذْنِهِۦ وَيَهْدِيهِمْ إِلَىٰ صِرَٰطٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ

“By which Allah guides those who pursue His pleasure to the ways of peace. and brings them out from darkness’s into the light, by His permission, and guides them to a straight path.”

(AlQuran 5: 16)

In today’s world, if someone belongs to Muslims did something terrible and is accused of immoral acts, the world, media, and many organizations start blaming Islam.

But the question is, what was their relation to those who attacked Hiroshima and Nagasakiship? What was the person who destroyed German wings? What was his religion? If we start respecting everyone’s point of view and others’ religions, then others will respect our religion.

Islam is the religion of peace and does not allow us to hear someone else’s beliefs.
