The job description is as follows:
- Night shift Job (10:00 pm to 03:00 am)
- Home-based job ( Must have Laptop, Backup UPS, and High-Speed Internet). We do subsidize the internet fee.
- Minimum two-year experience

This position is responsible for supporting human resources, but is not limited to the following functional areas: Recruiting, HR Administration and Compliance support, and general office administration.
Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not restricted to the following
- Recruiting (Including Pakistan, UAE, Canada, Egypt, Syria)
- Coordinates the recruiting process (schedule interviews; administer pre-employment testing, letters, etc.)
- Coordinate & Follow-up with add publishers for the job posting.
- Prepares correspondence to include offer letters, interview schedules, and recruiting forms/requests.
- Prepare Job Descriptions of employees for posting ads and preparations of operation manuals.
The essential requirement for this job is to be fluent in English with a good accent and having strong communication skills. So we don’t bother about minimum education. However, the minimum training for this job is Bachelors in HR or BBA or Any Bachelors with Experience in HR.
- Ability to use the computer and the Internet
- Human Resource Experience MUST
